• 14-day cancellation right from contract date per Israeli Consumer Protection Law, minus cancellation fees as prescribed by law
• Refund in accordance with the law and agreed terms in the quote
• Service prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated

6. Company Commitments

• Provide quality and professional services as described in the quote
• Technical support during business hours (Sun-Thu 09:00-18:00) and 24/7 for urgent issues
• Meet agreed delivery times
• Protect client personal information per our privacy policy
• Ongoing maintenance for developed websites and systems (per service agreement)

7. Limited Liability

The Company commits to fixing technical issues and bugs in work performed. However:

• The Company is not responsible for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits
• The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• The Company is not responsible for third-party services or systems
• The Company does not guarantee specific results for marketing and promotion services

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Code and design developed transfer to client after full payment, subject to development agreement terms
• Client receives full usage rights to the developed website/system
• Company retains rights to development methodologies, general code libraries, and internal tools
• Content provided by client remains their full property
• All content on e3etech.com (texts, images, logo, design) is protected by Company copyright

9. Privacy and Data Security

Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these terms of use.

10. Service Termination

• Client may cancel a service agreement with 30 days written notice
• In case of breach of these terms, the Company may terminate service without prior notice
• Transaction cancellation within 14 days of contract - per Israeli Consumer Protection Law
• After service termination, the client will receive all materials and files developed for them

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify the Company for any damage, expense, or claim arising from breach of these terms of use or violation of law by the user.
